Organized by Asharqia Chamber under the patronage of the Prince of the Eastern
Region next February
Chairman of the Council of Asharqia Chamber Abdulrahman
bin Saleh Al Ataishan said that the investment opportunities forum in Qatif,
which is organized by the Chamber during
the period (25-26 February 2017), will include a number of speakers from the
Kingdom and the Gulf, who have many experiences in the management and
investment business as well.
He
said that the forum, held under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Saud
bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz, Prince of the Eastern Province will include a number
of related investment workshops in Qatif dealing with topics (business
pioneering, human resources, and business development).
He
added that the forum sessions on the second day is divided for men and for
Women, held at one time, and will witness specialized job offers, discussion
groups on specific topics, the local investment situation, specifically in Qatif.
It
also presents a number of working papers dealing with topics, all in the
context of the development of investment in the province in various industrial,
commercial and service-related activities and information technology, tourism
and energy fields.
Ataishan
stressed the importance of the Forum in this time as the Kingdom is in a
critical time, launching Vision 2030 and the with the national transformation
program which highlighted the centrality of the private sector in the
implementation of the plans that achieve the goals of visibility and access to
the national transformation required, from here, this Forum and
other events organized by Asharqia Chamber will discuss ways of the performance
of the private sector development in reality
and in the future.
He
pointed that the Forum would be held this year in its second year, and the progress
in this version is the amount of women participation that reflects a new
reality in the map of our investment in the eastern region.
For
his part, head of the business council of
Asharqia Chamber branch in Qatif Abdul Mohsen Bin Abdul Majeed Al Faraj
said that the efforts of the members of the business council, the great interest
shown by the chairman and members of the board of directors and the executive authority
in the Chamber motivates us to be optimistic
for a bigger success of the forum, which
we are looking forward that the debates, dialogues and working sessions and
workshops held through to discuss the important topics that serve our business
investment in the eastern region, particularly in Qatif.
Al
Faraj said that the investment map in the province of Qatif carry many of the
monuments, there are trade, tourism, industry and tourism sectors, as well as
investment in health and education services, and activities related to women all
involving promising investment opportunities, we will offer 19 investment
opportunities worth billions of riyals hope that
this will bring an added value for our national economy, which is going through
an important stage regarding the vision 2030 and the National Program of the national transformation.
